Rush Select

The Rush Select program is an international program in which Rush Soccer forms “all star teams” that are comprised of the top Rush players from all Rush Soccer clubs across the world. The program starts from age U13 and is available through a players career with Rush Soccer ending at U19. These teams attend various events, both in the US and internationally on a yearly basis. The players get to see new ideas, play with top talent, learn from new coaches and develop as a player in a way most across the country can not. The programs aim is to give the top players within Rush unique learning experiences that help them evolve as both a player and a person.

Rush Select is dedicated to providing unwavering support and motivation to our most exceptional players. Our program is specifically designed to offer personalized attention to our top athletes, empowering them to realize their dreams of becoming professional athletes or excelling at the highest collegiate level.

Our outstanding players have the chance to be selected to attend our soccer-specific boarding academy Altitude Rush in Port St. Lucie, Florida. This incredible opportunity exposes them to a high level of soccer-specific training and provides direct college exposure. On the other hand, our exceptional female players have the opportunity to receive opportunities in the United States and overseas.

Unlike many programs in the US that make empty promises, Rush Select ensures genuine opportunities. Our pathways are authentic, and this program serves as a catalyst for players to reach their maximum potential and ascend to the highest echelons of their abilities.

How It Works

#StepOne

Regional rush Cup & Showcase

The first step for being a part of Rush Select is attending one of the four Regional Rush Cup & Showcase events to be seen by the Rush Select Scouts. Each event is designed to be a tryout of sorts where you are encouraged to attend with your entire team. Individuals are allowed to sign up too but each Rush Cup & Showcase is really a team event. This is designed this way so the Select staff can see the players perform their best in the most natural environment.

International Rush Cup

The top level Rush players scouted from the Regional Rush Cup and Showcase tournaments will receive an invitation to join the respected Rush Select Regional Team. The Rush Select Regional Teams will compete in the International Rush Cup. At the International Rush Cup players will compete for the gold and the chance to be crowned the International Rush Cup Champions.

At the IRC, players will come and compete against national and international teams over a four-day period, all while being evaluated by the Rush Select National Staff and College Coaches. The top Regional Team performers will be identified and selected to join the Rush Select National Team for future events.

College Exposure

NCFC and Players College Showcase Events

This year in order to maximize the college exposure for our U16-U18/19 players the Rush Select program is going to be sending our teams to the NCFC and Players college showcase events. Over the course of four days, players will converge at NCFC and the Players Showcase, engaging in spirited competition while being meticulously evaluated by the Rush Select National Staff. These college showcase events present an exceptional opportunity for elite Rush players to gain deeper insights into the Rush program, play in front of a large number of college coaches and to be recognized for higher-level playing prospects. Standout performers at these showcases will be identified and handpicked for exclusive future events.

Invitation Only

PDT

PDT serves as the esteemed U13-U15 Rush Select National Event, gathering the crème de la crème of players from around the globe. This invite-only event requires players to receive an email invitation in order to register and participate. Over the course of four days, players will converge at PDT, engaging in spirited competition while being meticulously evaluated by the Rush Select National Staff. PDT presents an exceptional opportunity for elite Rush players to gain deeper insights into the Rush program and to be recognized for higher-level playing prospects. Standout performers at PDT will be identified and handpicked for exclusive future events. For age groups U13-U15, both A and B National Teams will be formed.
