East Penn Rush Soccer Club is seeking a Head Soccer Coach in Enola, Pennsylvania. 

We are looking for an experienced competitive Head Coach that is organized, motivated, and task-oriented. This position requires prior competitive youth soccer experience.

The Head Coach is responsible for the overall development of the team, both on and off the field. This includes developing and implementing training plans, managing games, and providing feedback to players. The Head Coach must also be able to build relationships and communicate both written and verbally with players, parents, and other staff members.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

All areas of a competitive team(s), including team practices and scheduled games, competitions, and tournaments 

Developing game preparation and strategy 

Conditioning and training athletes to develop skill, character and teamwork

Actively manage and lead the communication between team manager and parents 

Recruiting prospective players 

Helping with the retention of current players 

Establishing and maintaining community contacts that enhance the success of the club 

Head coach is leading the team on and off the field, checking in on team budgets, payments and team managers

Qualifications:

USSF E License, USSF D License or higher preferred

Previous competitive coaching experience is required

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Be fun, energetic, and enthusiastic

Passion for soccer and a commitment to developing young players

Position: 
This is a full-time, contractor position. Annual salary is commensurate with experience.
