We are proud to officially welcome Francisco “Frank” Meza as the new Head Coach for the East Penn Rush 2009 Boys team for the upcoming 2025/2026 season!
Frank brings a wealth of experience and a deep passion for the game to our program. He currently serves as the East Penn Rush Camp & Clinic Director, where he has already helped many players grow and develop their skills.
Originally from Chile, Frank’s soccer journey started at a young age with Colo-Colo, one of South America’s most famous and successful clubs. After moving to the United States, Frank continued to make his mark at Juniata High School, earning multiple all-star recognitions. His playing career continued at the college level, where he was part of a team that captured an EPCC Championship.
After college, Frank played professionally for several clubs across the tri-state area. Later, he returned to Chile to once again join Colo-Colo, bringing his journey full circle with the club where it all began.
Today, Frank lives in Pennsylvania with his family and enjoys spending quality time with his 9-year-old daughter. His passion for soccer extends into his coaching career, where he is constantly striving to grow and improve. Frank currently holds Level 1 and Level 2 National Rush Soccer Licenses and is actively pursuing additional USSF coaching licenses to further his expertise.
In addition to his impressive soccer background, Frank is bilingual, fluent in both English and Spanish, an asset that strengthens communication across our diverse East Penn Rush community.
We are thrilled to have Coach Frank leading the 2009 Boys team and look forward to an exciting future under his leadership.
Please join us in welcoming him to his new role!
